「THE FIRST TAKE」は、一発撮りのパフォーマンスを鮮明に切り取るYouTubeチャンネル。
第484回は、作詞・作曲、さらにアレンジまでこなすシンガーソングライター、清水翔太が約3年ぶりに登場。
2023年にデビュー15周年を迎え、今でもJ-POPシーンの最前線で活躍し続ける彼が今回披露するのは2008年に発売されたメジャーデビューシングル「HOME」。
2024年にデビュー以来初めて地元・大阪に拠点を移した清水翔太にとって、彼の人生を変えたともいえる1曲でもあり故郷のことを歌った本楽曲を、ピアノ弾き語りに加えバンド、コーラス、弦楽カルテットが参加した「THE FIRST TAKE」だけの特別なアレンジにて一発撮りパフォーマンス。

Episode 484 welcomes Shota Shimizu to THE FIRST TAKE, 3 years since his last appearance.
Following the celebration of his 15th anniversary in 2023, the singer-songwriter renowned for writing and arranging his own music remains a prominent figure in the J-POP music scene. On this occasion he will perform “HOME,” his major label debut track from 2008.
In 2024, Shota Shimizu relocated back to his hometown, Osaka, for the first time since his debut. Enjoy this one-shot performance of his life-changing track, singing about his hometown as he plays the piano and is accompanied by a band, chorus, and string quartet in an exclusive rendition for THE FIRST TAKE.
